Why RUF?

I'm starting my third year as female staff for Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) at Kennesaw State University. I absolutely love my job and am so thankful to work for RUF. It's an incredible blessing to be part of the campus ministry that helped shape, teach, and grow me during my four years at Mississippi State.

It's also very humbling. The Lord has used this job mightily in my sanctification, and I have learned so much about who Jesus is and who I am because of Him. I wouldn't trade these past years with RUF for anything.

I'm incredibly thankful for how the Lord has provided for me and taught me trust and dependence on Him. I am entirely supported by individuals, families, and churches. It is a beautiful picture of how God is always faithful and loves to give good gifts to His children. I'm so thankful for those who have partnered with me to help serve on the college campus — it truly is an investment and a partnership. I couldn't do this without the prayers and support of many, many people.

My purpose with RUF is to reach students for Christ and help equip them to serve — not just at Kennesaw, but throughout every aspect of their lives. I don't do this perfectly, and thankfully God doesn't expect perfection from us. It is a growing and learning experience, and I am thankful for the opportunity.
